Ewity is our easy-to-learn, easy-to-use, cloud-based POS system. It is packed with features meant to help you run your store at peak efficiency. It is also meant to help your staff by taking on some of the mental burdens of information collecting, storing, and analyzing involved in retail.
Ewity offers two plans to our valued customers; the Starter Plan and the Professional Plan. They are meant to cater to the different needs and means of our customers.
The Starter Plan provides a vast number of Ewity’s features, albeit with some limitations. For instance, you can use our excellent inventory system but there is a 5000-item limit to how many unique items you can input at a time. This limitation is offset by the fact that the Starter Plan for Ewity is absolutely free!
As for the Professional Plan, that’s where you look to when you are ready to make a larger commitment to Ewity.
In this article, we will be looking at the Professional Plan of Ewity and highlight just how much it can contribute to you and your store.
1. Unlimited Locations
One of the limitations of the Starter Plan of Ewity is that we only offer it to one location and register. While this is perfect for small stores or some family-owned businesses, a larger store or chain might want more options.
With the Professional Plan, Ewity removes this limitation and allows you to add as many locations and registers as you like. Our official website describes it as “unlimited”. Without limits. The only caveat is that you pay $24 per extra register.
For that amount, you gain access to the full breadth of Ewity’s powerful features in any number of locations and on any number of devices as you please. Your staff could move around the shop or attend multiple lines of customers this way.
2. Unlimited Products
Remember when we mentioned that the Starter Plan has a limit on 5000 unique products for its inventory system? The Professional Plan takes this limit and throws it out the window. The new cap for the total number of unique products you can add is non-existent. In other words, there is no limit.
This greatly eases the burden on your staff when it comes to inventory management. They don’t have to worry about the system “being full” and can keep adding items into the stock as they get them.
Additionally, this unlimited inventory system also allows you to take a look deep into your store’s history to look up any detail about any product you have sold while using the system. A very handy ability, albeit circumstantial.
3. Other Service Integration
One of the other interesting features that the Professional Plan of Ewity offers is the ability to integrate your existing accounting or ecommerce apps.
With the ability to integrate services such as QuickBooks and WooCommerce (to name a few), Ewity ensures that it doesn’t disrupt your way of doing things too much. It merely integrates itself into that existing process.
As such, when taking the tour (link at the end of this article), be sure to ask any questions about your existing systems or apps to see if Ewity can support them. You might be pleasantly surprised.
4. Priority Support
It has often been said that one of the most annoying things about purchasing a tech-based solution for a store is how hard it is to get ahold of the developers for troubleshooting. We at Ewity are committed to be the opposite of this.
All our Professional Plan customers get priority support whenever they need it. Our channels of communication are clear to use and responsive. We attend to any and all issues brought up by our clients with the utmost haste and care.
Our app is generally very stable, as are our servers. That being said, we are still committed to assist our clients in any way we can. Be it human error, confusion on how to use the system, or simply a technical error, we are committed to working with you to stamp it out ASAP.
And there you have it; a small glimpse into the world of convenience and efficiency that Ewity can offer. We hope you found this article informative.
